Why ChinaIPMark

Cheap filing sites file and disappear. We stay until it is done.

Every decision in our service is designed around one thing: your brand ends up protected, not just filed.

Licensed partner agencies

Every filing is submitted by a CNIPA-registered trademark or patent agency. We coordinate, you stay informed.

Government fees shown exactly

Your quote lists the real CNIPA fee and our service fee separately. If the price changes, you see the change.

English end to end

One English-speaking point of contact from your first inquiry until the certificate arrives. No translation apps in between.

Pre-filing search included

We check for conflicts before you pay a cent of official fees and tell you honestly if a mark looks risky.

Correction notices handled

If CNIPA asks for a document or a fix to the goods list while examining the mark, we handle it on every plan at no extra cost. A refusal is a decision: a re-examination is quoted separately before we start.

Registered, or your money back

On the Registered or Refunded plan, if CNIPA finally refuses a word mark after you have cooperated with any notice that needed your input, we refund 100% — the government fee included. We never promise fake guarantees.

FAQ

Quick answers before you write to us

How long does a China trademark take?

CNIPA examines trademark applications in about 4 months. When no refusal or opposition occurs, registration is typically completed in about 8 months from filing.

Can a foreign company register a trademark in China?

Yes. Foreign applicants must file through a CNIPA-registered Chinese agency. Your licensed partner files the application while ChinaIPMark manages the process and all communication in English.

What does the $39 official fee cover?

It is the CNIPA e-filing fee for one trademark class with up to 10 goods or services. We show this exact number on every quote. Nothing is hidden.

What happens if my trademark application is refused?

Every plan starts with a search of CNIPA records and an honest risk note. If CNIPA asks for a document or a fix to the goods list during examination, we handle that correction notice on every plan at no extra cost. A refusal is a decision, not a question: a re-examination can be requested within 15 days and is a separate service, quoted separately before we start.

Do you really refund if registration fails?

On the Registered or Refunded plan, yes, for word marks. We refund 100% of what you paid, the $39 CNIPA official fee included, where CNIPA finally refuses the application in whole because the mark sits too close to an earlier mark, the decision is issued within 15 months of the filing date, you have cooperated with any notice that needed your input, kept the mark and the goods list as filed, have not withdrawn, and claim within 30 days of the final refusal notice. Refunds are not available for a repeated filing of an already-refused mark, a mark identical to an earlier registered or preliminarily approved mark, a partial refusal, figurative or logo marks, refusals on absolute grounds, or a decision issued more than 15 months after filing. Essential and Standard carry no refund.

Do you charge extra for official fees?

No. The $39 CNIPA e-filing fee is listed separately on every quote and invoice. If official fees change, you see the new amount before you pay.

What if my product is already being copied?

Besides registration, we offer trademark monitoring, customs recordal, marketplace takedown support and anti-squatting services. Send us the details and we will recommend the fastest route.
