Pricing questions, answered
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Every quote lists the CNIPA official fee and our service fee separately. If official fees change, we show the new amount before you pay.
Do you offer refunds?
If we identify a clear conflict in the pre-filing search and you decide not to file, you pay nothing. Once filed, official fees are non-refundable because CNIPA charges them; our service fee follows the terms on your invoice.
How do I pay from overseas?
We accept card payments and PayPal in USD, and wire transfers for larger matters. You receive a proforma invoice before payment.
Why is the official fee only $39?
That is the real CNIPA e-filing fee for one class of up to 10 goods or services (270 RMB). We quote it exactly. Your total price is official fees plus our service fee, nothing else.
